We are looking for a fabulously organised Officer Manager / PA for one of the most successful boutique media businesses in London.  This fun and dynamic company, based in stunning Mayfair offices, work with luxury travel brands and need an Office Manager superstar to manage the day to day running of their office.  This Office Manager will also provide PA assistance to their inspirational Founder.  Office Management duties will include organising events such as Summer/Christmas parties and Client events, managing suppliers, company website, health & safety, assisting with recruitment/onboarding and office moves.  20% of the role will be on the PA side involving diary and travel management, restaurant booking, expenses and some private PA support.  So if you have great attention to detail coupled with strong organisation skills, are looking for a creative and fast paced environment, have bags of energy and a real can do attitude, this Office Manager role is the one for you.  Flexible working hours and good benefits with plenty of development opportunities.
