Fabulous opportunity for a corporate PA to work within a highly successful and expanding hospitality real estate private equity firm, based in stunning modern offices in Victoria.  This rewarding PA role will primarily be supporting the CFO as well as providing PA support on an ad hoc basis to 2 other members of the Senior Team.  This exciting, fast paced PA position offers plenty of scope and the opportunity to make it your own, enabling you to make a real difference to the success of the business.  PA duties will include diary and inbox management + busy and high volume diaries + scheduling + research and document preparation for all CFO’s meetings + extensive international travel management including detailed itineraries + expense management + private PA support to the CFO + ad hoc project assistance + gatekeeper for the CFO.

The successful PA candidate will come from a boutique finance, real estate or professional services background with proven PA / EA experience at senior level. They will be calm and emotionally intelligent, have strong influencing skills, be able to juggle many tasks at once under pressure, whilst always managing to keep a positive and upbeat demeanour.  Great benefits and a respectful and friendly working environment.
