Based in funky City offices, the Receptionist is vital to the smooth running of this middle sized business and is an important and highly regarded part of the team.
Duties involve general Reception tasks such as being first point of contact for all visitors, managing the 4 meeting rooms, co-ordinating international travel, overseeing daily office maintenance, supporting the Office and Facilities Co-ordinator and offers the opportunity to get involved with event planning and ad hoc projects.

To fit in you need to have bags of initiative and get up and go, with an enthusiastic and bubbly nature, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
