We are working with a Family Office based in stunning Mayfair premises. They are looking for a receptionist with outstanding client service skills. This a highly sort after opportunity to work for a UHNW Family Office and within a close knit and supportive team. They offer a bonus and benefits that are well beyond the standard.

You should have some previous experience of office reception work including diary management, arranging meetings, and providing guests with refreshments.

Main areas of responsibility to include:

  • Responsible the a 5 star guest experience
  • Always keeping the front office presentable and tidy
  • Handling all telephone calls, taking messages
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Organising couriers
  • All aspects regarding the organisation of meetings
  • Meet and greet of guests, serving refreshments
  • Ordering food for the office and guests, where appropriate
  • Ordering stationery and other office supplies
  • Basic administrative tasks relating to the above
  • Supporting the Team PA and Executive Assistant to the Principal as required

The candidate:
They are looking for a receptionist who enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure in a calm and efficient manner, prioritising work well and always completing daily tasks. To be successful, the receptionist will have a flexible and adaptive approach and should be numerate with a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word for reception documents and comfortable with i-phone/Apple Mac.
